You can call our retail store located at 6848U Skyway in Paradise, California. We have two businesses: Paradise Coin & Gift, dealing in rare coins and history books and The California Territorial Quarterly, publishing California history.
We only ship to customers in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. We do not ship to any other countries due to postal restrictions.
Our Retail Store is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 4:30 pm (Pacific Time) and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm (Pacific Time). We accept orders Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm; Saturdays 9am to 3pm. Credit card orders shipped same day if ordered by 2pm Pacific Time; otherwise shipped within 24 hours, except Saturdays.
Write down your order, enclose a personal check for the exact amount due (add 7.25% state sales tax if you live in California) plus shipping & handling and mail to:
Please allow ten business days for your personal check to clear the bank. Orders paid with money orders and cashier's checks will be shipped the same day received.
Shipping & Handling Costs
We will ship to United States customers via U.S. Post Office unless you ask for special handling at an additional cost. California residents add 7.25% state sales tax.

Book Order Postage Costs:
Add $3.00 for first title on all history book orders
plus $1 each additional title.
All books are shipped via U.S. Post Office Media Mail.

for priority shipping and handling
(Additional postage for insurance over $200 order, rolls & bags)
Add an additional 50 cents per roll for rolls of coins.
Packages sent with rare coins will not say it is from Paradise Coin & Gift. The return address will show the package is from Bill Anderson, owner of Paradise Coin & Gift. This policy will help insure that the package is not stolen because it does not appear to contain rare coins from a coin shop.
Rare Coin Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases from us. We make every attempt to accurately describe the condition of the rare coins we sell and price them fairly according to the current retail COIN VALUES monthly magazine. If you should be dissatisfied with any of the rare coins we sell to you, we will gladly exchange them for others you select or will refund your purchase price in full. Any items you wish to return must be returned unopened in its original package within ten days of receipt. No returns on gold or silver bullion-related items.
The California Territorial Quarterly subscriptions are $18 per year; Individual Copies $5.75 each; or $4.50 each when you order 4 copies or more. Add $1.50 shipping per order.
